A new codeshare agreement between British Airways and Royal Air Maroc will open up additional routes across Morocco including Casablanca and Agadir from London Heathrow. Bookings are open for the new codeshare flights.

Virgin Atlantic Adds Seasonal London-Cape Town
Virgin Atlantic will return to Cape Town in October with a new daily service from London Heathrow. The seasonal route will be operated on a Boeing 787-9 and is on sale from late February. Virgin last flew to the South African city in 2014.
Aeroflot, Japan Airlines Agree Codeshare Deal
Japan Airlines and Russia’s Aeroflot announced a codeshare agreement that will offer added flexibility to passengers flying between Russia and Japan. The codeshare comes into effect from March 29, 2020, with ticket sales launching at the beginning of March.
Air New Zealand Adds New York Direct, Drops London
Air New Zealand will stop flying from London from October 2020 after 37 years on the route, as it pivots to the US with the launch of a New York Newark non-stop service from Auckland.

The UK has extended the use of ePassport gates to seven more countries. Visitors with Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and United States passports can now use ePassport gates at ports and airports across the UK.
